About
Right Vision
The Izone project was initiated in answer to the increasing lack of reasonably priced industrial land in the greater Christchurch area.
As demand continued to outstrip supply, particularly for large lots, the Selwyn District Council identifed this large tract of land as being suitable for an industrial application. The site is close to Christchurch (just south of the city on SH1) and offers flexible land options at reasonable prices.
Izone is for new or expanding businesses that need a flexible land option which accesses a stable work force and is serviced by rail, air, road and sea. It will be a spacious and attractive business location - full provision has been made for future infrastructure and transport requirements, as well as recreation areas.
As a unique partnership between Selwyn District Council, who owns the development, and RD Hughes Developments, who manages it, Izone is able to bring together the very best of both the public and private sectors. more »
Now, at 180ha, Izone can claim to be one of New Zealand's largest industrial developments.
