The Izone Southern Business Hub is an industrial development situated just south of Christchurch on State Highway 1. At over 180ha it is the largest industrial park in New Zealand and is already home to more than 25 businesses including The Warehouse, Westland Milk Products, Solid Energy and PGG Wrightson.
The project was initiated in answer to the increasing lack of reasonably priced industrial land in the greater Christchurch area.
