Café Izone, catering to the 400+ Izone workers
Café Izone opened in May 2010 and is already well known for its stonegrill meals and lamb shanks, winning the Best Beef Award in 2011 and Best New Bar / Restaurant of the Year in 2010 at the Hospitality Association of New Zealand Excellence Awards Awards.
One wall of the restaurant is glass to ensure diners get to enjoy the view while wooden furnishings ensure a warm dining atmosphere. A new al fresco dining area has recently been added in a bid to take advantage of Canterbury's great Summer days and evenings.
The café also offers a full Lunch Bar service on weekdays, catering to the 400+ Izone workers.
Coffee is sourced from Caffe L'Affare which imports the finest green beans and batch roasts them in New Zealand.
