Izone
Izone Infrastructure

Izone has flexible development options, provides quality land and infrastructure, and is competitively priced

Why Izone

Being one of New Zealand's biggest industrial parks doesn't preclude individual attention and personal service. Izone will provide the shape and size land to fit your business needs. This is not an out of the box solution.

Izone Aerial Photography Getting exactly what you want extends to our ‘turnkey’ development packages where we can construct your new plant on a design / build or build / leaseback basis.

Izone gives you control of your site as there are no ties to any developer and can deliver benefits via:

- Lower cost of occupancy
- Tailored design that optimises operations
- Provision for future expansion

Work Life Balance

A central aspect of Izone’s vision is creating an environment that fosters a healthy work / life balance - literally a place that people will want to come to for work.

Cafe Izone

A central hub has been developed which is linked to the rest of the site by landscaped walkways. The design facilitates easy access and encourages exercise during the work day. The hub is home to Cafe Izone which provides a full cafe and restaurant service. The substantial landscaped areas encourage staff interaction and the opportunity to join with friends and family for leisure time.

Izone’s master plan which overarches all stages of the project (built and planned) is based upon establishing an attractive and stimulating work environment. This, in turn, reflects positively in recruitment and work productivity terms. Meet some of the good people who work here.

Low Land Prices

Land at Izone is more economical than other industrial land options around Christchurch and this was verified by a Colliers International survey.

Colliers looked at Hornby, Sydenham, Bromley, Sockburn, Middleton and Izone and concluded that Izone is priced significantly lower than other options. The $80 - $110 a square metre for purchasing land in Izone compares very well against $300 in Sydenham, $200 in Sockburn and $180 - $200 in Hornby.

Izone Site Construction

Businesses that locate in Izone have lower rates and other local charges than comparable businesses in other parts of the city. When this lower cost of occupancy and low land prices are taken into account Izone becomes a very attractive option.
