Izone - quality industrial land at lowest prices

Izone is cheaper than other industrial land options around Christchurch and this is verified by a Colliers International survey.

Colliers looked at Hornby, Sydenham, Bromley, Sockburn, Middleton and Izone and concluded that Izone is priced significantly lower than other options.  The $80-$110 a square metre for purchasing land in Izone compares very well against $300 in Sydenham, $200 in Sockburn and $180-$200 in Hornby.

Businesses that locate in Izone have lower rates and other local charges than comparable businesses in other parts of the city.  When this lower cost of occupancy and low land prices are taken into account Izone is the cheapest prime industrial land in Christchurch.

Colliers noted that limited supply of land, along with the delay in getting land rezoned and available for sale, is pushing up prices.
