Work Life Balance

A central aspect of Izone’s vision is creating an environment that fosters a healthy work / life balance – literally a place that people will want to come to for work. A central hub has been developed which is linked to the rest of the site by landscaped walkways. The design facilitates easy access and encourages exercise during the work day.

The hub will ultimately be the ‘heart’ of Izone where a variety of service, social and community functions can be located such as cafés and a crèche. The substantial landscaped areas encourage staff interaction and the opportunity to join with friends and family for leisure time.

Izone’s master plan which overarches all stages of the project (built and planned) is based upon establishing an attractive and stimulating work environment. This, in turn, reflects positively in recruitment and work productivity terms.
